PAYMENTS AND DEADLINES

- Lead Guests will pre-register their cruise cabin.
- Lead Guests will e-sign their cruise contract.
- No deposit is due at this time.
February 23-March 2, 2025- Lead Guests will receive a booking call from Charlcy Travels.
- On this call, Charlcy Travels will present the available options and pricing.
- Deposit is due at this time. (Deposit total is based on per guest)
May 28, 2025- Scheduled Cruise Payment (180 Days Prior to Sailing)
- 50% of the total invoice, less any deposits already made, is due at this time.
- Payment will be processed automatically by the cruise line using the card on file.
July 27, 2025- Scheduled Cruise Payment (120 Days Prior to Sailing)
- The remaining balance is due at this time.
- Payment will be processed automatically by the cruise line using the card on file.
